What is Isopave Stone Carpet?
Isopave® resin stone carpet floor covering systems are a new generation floor covering system with their non-slip structure, aesthetics, fast application, low cost, durability and naturalness. Resin stone carpet floor covering is obtained by combining crushed, tumbled or natural stones with specially adjusted gradation with an excellent quality resin. The surfaces of the stones in the resulting mixture are completely covered with resin. In this way, the stones that are very well connected to each other form the 3-dimensional matrix structure of the perfect coating.

Resins Used in Isopave Stone Carpet
Elastopave® is the name given to the stone carpet floor covering system created with selected aggregates of Elastan® resins produced by BASF®, a leading German chemical industry company. Isopave® Stone Carpet Floor Covering Systems is the sales point of BASF® Elastan® resins in Türkiye.
Elastopave® is a registered name of BASF® and is combined with original aggregates in different countries. Elastan® products are polyurethane based and are used outdoors because they are resistant to water and frost. We offer Isopave® Stone Carpet and Permeable Floor Systems professionally to our valued users with our aggregates that we combine with Elastan® resins in our country.
Thanks to the superior Elastopave® resin, the stone carpet (stone capet) coating obtained is smooth, durable and has low maintenance costs. Regular sweeping and cleaning with machine brushes at certain intervals will prevent the formation of fungi and small grasses that may form on the surface. Our product is a completely water-permeable structure and resists water extremely well. Even if the coating underneath is not permeable, as long as there is a slope, water easily flows towards the filter or grate. In the stone bonding system made other than resin stone, the surface is resinated and the system is completed by sandblasting the surface. In such applications, there is no permeability in the system and the resistance process is not performed.
