Stonefiller Water Based Filler Resin for Stone Carpet
Product Description
This is a transparent, hard, single-component pore filler designed to seal pores in resin-based stone coatings, especially for indoor and outdoor use. Its easy-to-clean nature makes it a popular choice for cafes, restaurants, and home use. Due to its filler composition, it provides brightness and vibrancy to the colors of the surfaces where it is applied.

Stonefiller is ready to use; it should not be mixed before use. For stone carpet applications that have been applied and cured at least 24 hours prior, Stonefiller is poured onto the surface. Then, using a squeegee, it is pressed down and spread evenly, ensuring no excess material remains. The product is initially white and becomes transparent as it dries. The area can be opened for use 24 hours after application. The product becoming transparent may take longer in cold weather.
Before starting application on existing (old) stone carpet surfaces, pores and stains on the surface should be cleaned with pressurized water, and the surface should be completely dried. Since cleaning is not possible after the filling process, the entire area must be free of oil, dirt, and foreign matter before application.
Consumption: Depending on the application surface: 0.900-1.500 kg/m²
- The product is ready to use and should not be diluted with water or any other product.
- The stone carpet surface must be free of dirt and stains. The filling application should be done on clean and dry surfaces.
- Surface problems may occur in applications performed in environments below +5ºC and above +35ºC.
- The stone carpet to be applied must be dry.
- After partial use, the packaging should be tightly closed.
- Contact with skin and eyes should be avoided; in case of contact, wash with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
- The product should not be in contact with water during the drying period.
- Equipment should be cleaned immediately after application, before it hardens.
- Empty packaging should not be used to store food or drinking water.
- Safety and Health Warnings:
- Protective goggles, clothing, and gloves should be worn.
- Contact with skin, eyes, and clothing should be avoided.
- Prevent the product from spreading to the environment.
- Do not eat, drink, or smoke during use. To minimize spills, all packaging and containers should be carefully packed.
- Containers should be kept tightly sealed when not in use.
- Keep away from heat, sparks, flames, and hot surfaces.
- Do not transport broken packages without protective equipment.
- Empty containers should not be reused.
- If clothing becomes soiled, it should be removed immediately and washed before reuse.
- Products should be stored in clearly labeled containers.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Keep away from food, beverages, and animal feed.
- Storage should only be in the original container.
- Containers should be stored upright in a cool, well-ventilated place, tightly closed.
- Containers should be protected from damage.
