Isopave® Ultramax
Product Description
Isopave® Ultramax, 1K is recommended to be applied with the ready-to-use method. It is a gravel ratio developed for medium pedestrian loads, gravel size and dust binding resin contained in gravel. It is between 3-5% of gravel weight depending on aliphatic polyurethane. It does not deviate due to its structure. It is environmentally friendly due to its intensive solvent-free formation and is compatible with pouring and spraying due to its plant consistency.
Resin Type: Polyurethane

- It has excellent UV resistance.
- It has excellent adhesion to the substrate.
- It is single-component.
- Ready to use.
- Solvent-free, 100% solid content.
- Provides a long working time.
- Yellowing resistant, does not yellow over time.
- Curing time varies depending on air temperature. The reaction speeds up in hot weather and slows down in cold weather. Not mixing before use provides a labor advantage.
The concrete to be coated must be cured for at least 28 days. After application, the cured surface should be cleaned of mortar residue, etc., using light sanding or brushing. Old paint, dirt, dust, and other loose particles on old concrete and plaster surfaces should be removed by sanding, scraping, or brushing. Oil and grease residues should be cleaned with detergent and water. The surface must be free of anti-adhesion agents, loose and volatile particles. The concrete surface moisture should be below 5%. IsoPrime 1K and IsoEpoPrime 2K primers should be applied to the surface before application.
Mixing should be homogeneous; special mixers should be used for this purpose. The mixture should be poured onto the surface, leveled, and then applied by pressing with an oval trowel. Special Isopave trowel oil should be used to lubricate the trowel. For large areas, the use of an Isopave troweling machine is recommended.
Application should not be done on damp, wet, frozen, or dirty/oily surfaces.
The mixed material should be poured onto the surface without delay. Application should be done between +5°C and +25°C. Application should absolutely not be done at temperatures below 5°C.
In hot climates, products and stones should be kept in the shade to extend the reaction time.
In very hot climates, working in close proximity should be ensured to prevent the formation of joints during application.
Solvents should not be used as trowel release agents. Otherwise, the solvent will reduce the strength of the resin on the surface and the adhesion of the stones will decrease.

- Surface problems may occur in applications performed in environments below +5°C and above +35°C. Application surfaces must be dry and clean. Before application, the safety precautions specified on the can and in the TDS should be taken. Application should be carried out according to the specified application characteristics.
- After partial use; the container should be tightly closed and care should be taken to prevent air from entering the container.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes; in case of contact, wash with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
- The product should not be exposed to water during the drying period.
- Immediately after application, before the resin hardens, equipment should be cleaned with cellulosic thinner.
- Stone Carpet is not a waterproofing material and is permeable. For indoor and outdoor areas where impermeability is desired, it is recommended that waterproofing be done before application.
- Empty packaging should not be used to store food or drinking water.
