The kit includes dried 2-4 mm aggregates, BASF® Elastan® brand polyurethane resin and auxiliary materials according to the color you choose. These auxiliary materials include an oval trowel, separator oil, arm guard and gloves.
The application area must be marked as 1.5 m² in advance and cleaned of dust and moving parts. In order for the application to be easy and fast, the resin and stones must be mixed homogeneously. You can use your hands or a mechanical mixer for this process.
20 kg of aggregate and 1.1 kg of resin should be mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. It is very important that the area is smooth and that there are no broken, cracked or mobile surfaces. Any irregularities, if any, should definitely be corrected with structural repair mortar. The prepared resin stone mixture should be spread on the area with a trowel and compacted. Depending on the ambient temperature, at least 24 hours should be waited for the application to cure.
Our kits cover 1.5 m² of area in 8 mm applications, and you can create your own DIY kits for 5-10 m² areas. For larger quantities, you will need to get support from our professional dealers.
