Vertical Surfaces and Stone Carpet on the Wall

Vertical stone carpet applications to be made on concrete are preferred on stair risers and skirtings. First of all, the surface should be cleaned with a wire brush and cleaned well. Necessary safety precautions should be taken before application, and a mask and goggles should be worn. First of all, Elastane 120 resin is placed in a container. ISOVERT powder material should be added slowly while mixing with a low-speed mixer. Mixing should be done very slowly and dust should be prevented from flying. 0.5 kg of the prepared 1.2 kg vertical resin per m2 is applied to the surface with a wide spatula. In the meantime, the remaining 0.7 kg resin is mixed with 13 kg of stone. In order to mix homogeneously, it should be mixed for at least 5 minutes, the prepared material should be taken into a new empty bucket and mixed for another 3 minutes. The prepared material is applied to the wall by pressing it little by little with a plaster trowel. During the application, it should be pressed from time to time and the surface should be smoothed with the trowel.
